I understand how hard it is to get a "Presidents Award" from Ford, I was a Presidents Award winner too and had to work very very hard to achieve Ford's standards. Gurley is packed with these awards over the years. Ryan in service was my ideal of a knowledgeable and attentive service advisor. When looking for service you do not want something "under repaired" or "over repaired" . One wastes your money the other may be dangerous. I trust this place and you should too.

Andrew Becker gave me the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Most places you feel like you’re being scammed but Drew is an honest up front guy who went out of his way and helped me and wasn’t pushy in any way. I strongly suggest asking for him when buying a car or even looking for one.

This is an unsolicited review—just sharing my honest experience because often buying cars is a stressful experience, but I had a great experience working with Eric McDaniel on a Toyota Yaris. He was quick to respond after my online inquiry, even though it was well after business hours, and within 30 minutes, we had set up an appointment to view the car. The next day Eric was ready for the test drive as soon as I arrived and was very informative, answering all my questions, even though I could tell sitting in the back wasn't the most comfortable for him—he’s built like a quarterback! He handled it with a smile and without complaint. Eric was honest, easy to talk to, and genuinely wanted to help. Though I didn’t end up going with the car because it wasn’t the best financial fit for me, it was fairly priced, and he worked hard to make it happen. Highly recommend Eric for anyone looking for a smooth and friendly car buying experience!

Went into the dealership for a car wash. My car looks amazing and Bill Stanage was a big help along with some other people there. I ended up getting a few scratches on my car from last winter due to ice and Bill got them buffed out and it looks so much better. Fantastic experience at the service department! Zack (advisor) and Joseph (master tech) really went the extra mile to fix my truck. I was on a cross-country trip and had a wheel bearing go out in my front hub. They got me right in, replaced my hub, and got me back on the road! Excellent, would give them 6-stars if I could.
