Lincoln Sales Up 25%

Sales over at LINCOLN continue to rise in 2011. The auto maker is in the middle of a huge redesign of not only their line up, but also their self image. With fresh looks and fun tech gadgets coming standard in all vehicles, LINCOLN continues to impress those who step into Gurley Leep Ford LINCOLN.
Cars like 2011's LINCOLN MKX feature a panoramic roof. Sales show buyers are highly interested in vehicles with more glass and windows, which the MKX offers plenty of. Sales of such vehicles are overpowering convertible ones, and MKX numbers increased 15%.
LINCOLN's total August 2011 sales increase of 25% (and of 57,823 units) comes just after a July 2011 increase of 40%. LINCOLN MKZ numbers shot up jumped 50% to 2,337, and the LINCOLN MKS increased 35%.
"We are absolutely focused on making LINCOLN a world-class luxury brand with compelling vehicles and an exceptional ownership experience to match," said Ken Czubay, vice president, US Marketing, Sales and Service for the auto maker. "We also have a lot of LINCOLN news on the way - with seven new or significantly refreshed models in the next three years."1
LINCOLN expects greater numbers going forward, as they come up with original designs for the 2013 and 2014 model years.
