Brian Lares

Brian was born in Columbus, Ohio and currently lives in Granger, Indiana. He has 19 years of experience in the automotive industry and joined the Gurley Leep Automotive Family as the New Car Sales Manager at our Ford Lincoln and Mercury store in 2008. Brian is active in sports, coaches Little League and plays golf. He especially loves being a father to his three sons.

Steve Peacock

Steve was born in Shelby, MI and currently resided in Mishawaka, IN. He has been in the automotive industry for 6 1/2 years and with Gurley Leep Automotive Family since June of 2002. Steve enjoys spending time with his family which includes his wife of eight wonderful years Maria, his daughter Ashley and son Christopher. In addition, Steve Wrestled at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Mike Bates

Mike was born in South Bend, IN and currenty resides in Osceola, IN. He has been in the automotive industry for 35 years and a member of the Gurley Leep Automotive Family since June 15, 1974. Although you could see Mike at any of our locations we are very fortunate to have him based at our Ford store. Mike has a ton of energy and enjoys spending his free time with his family, six grandchildren and listening to Frank Sinatra.

Khoa Pham

Khoa, or KP as we call him, is a certified sales and leasing consultant at our Southside Ford store. He was born in Vietnam and currently lives in Goshen, IN. He has been in the automotive industry for over 10 years and has been with Gurley Leep for 3 years. In his free time he enjoys watching the Indianapolis Colts and the Indiana Pacers games.

Michael Banashak

Mike was born in Gary, IN and currently lives here in Mishawaka, IN. He brings over 22 years of automotive industry experience to Gurley Leep. Mike joined the Gurley Leep family in July of 2008 and we are pleased to have him. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years and two children. He is also a football official for high school as well as college. Mike is an avid supporter of the Penn Hockey Team.

David Smidmore

David was born in Ely, Cambridgeshire, England and moved to the United States 25 years ago. He spend 4 years in Ohio, then 2 years in Tampa, Florida and then moved to South Bend, IN. David has been in the Automotive industry for 22 years and joined the Gurley Leep Automotive Family in October, 2008. David enjoys fishing, camping, hiking and his two dogs. David's mother lives in the Sates as well, residing in Pheonix AZ.

Allen Fernatt

Allen is a sales and leasing consultant at our Southside Ford location. He has been with the company a few short months but he has been in the automotive industry for over 15 years and part of the Gurley Leep Automotive family since he was 19. He was raised in Central Florida but now resides in Osceola, IN. He enjoys being outside and loves cars, motorcycles and loves to drive & ride. He's nuts about audio books, his German Shepard BigBoy and running. Allen loves selling cars and is passionate about doing it to the best of his ability.
